By accessing or using this website or purchasing products or coaching services from Joya Powers LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide digital products as well as virtual private and group coaching services.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions are scheduled through our online system (Divine Systems AI). Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely via Stripe.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are final. No refunds will be given once access to content or coaching has been granted.

Cancellation Policy:

Private sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our services—including worksheets, recordings, graphics, and frameworks—are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Coaching does not replace legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on your actions, implementation, and participation. Coaching is not therapy or financial advising, and should not be used as a substitute for licensed professional services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, including employees and affiliates, from any claims or expenses related to your use of the services.

8. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
